
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Union College fell three spots in the latest NAIA Women's Tennis Coaches' Top 25 Poll to No. 25, the NAIA announced Tuesday.
The Lady Bulldogs (11-3 overall, 6-0 Appalachian Athletic Conference) received 89 total points, 12 fewer than No. 24 Oklahoma Baptist University and 16 more than Georgetown (Ky.) College, which sits just outside the Top 25.
Auburn Montgomery (Ala.) remains No. 1 in the fourth-regular season NAIA Top 25 Poll. The Lady Senators receive 13 first-place votes and 404 total points.
Coming in at No. 2 are the Sunbirds of Fresno Pacific (Calif.) who receive two first-place votes and collect 393 total points. Berry (Ga.) is ranked No. 3 after receiving 377 total points. Azusa Pacific (Calif.) checks in at No. 4 in the poll after collecting 362 total points. Rounding out the Top 5 is Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.). The Bees earn 356 total points.
Union will next play in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament, which is set to begin Friday in Chattanooga, Tenn.
