Impressive times for Union runners at Berea

BEREA, Ky. - Union College had two runners finish in the Top-16 at the Berea College Invitational Saturday and a Lady Bulldog post a personal best.

Daniel Kual (Stone Mountain, Ga.) finished 13th after he completed the 8,000-meter course in 28 minutes and 52.95 seconds. Eric Kinman (Erlanger, Ky.) was right behind him in 16th thanks to a time of 29:13.77.

Cassy Kost (Owensboro, Ky.) ran the program's ninth fastest time thanks to a 23:50.15 run. She improved on her run from last week by 45 seconds.

Bradley Fieldhouse (Louisville, Ky.) ran a 31:31.29 while Markus Rice (Batesville, Miss.) finished at the 38:11.50 mark.

Next on the schedule is the Greater Louisville Classic at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park on Oct. 3.
