BOONE, N.C. - Weather affected Union College's weekend of action at Appalachian State University, however the Bulldogs had three riders in Top 10 of the Men's Cross Country expert standings.

Zach Winn (Port Hope, Canada) finished fourth in the race with Wesley Lamberson (Limestone, Tenn.) seventh. German Bermudez (Louisville, Ky.) rounded out the Bulldogs in the Top-10.

Jonathan Turner (Harlan, Ky.) was 15th in the race while Brad Nelson (Carmel, Ind.) followed in 18th. Nelson added a 12th-place performance in the dual slalom. In all, five Bulldogs were in the field of 32 for the event.

The downhill race was canceled due to visibility and weather changed the short track schedule.

Union will resume Southeastern Collegiate Cycling Conference action this weekend at Brevard (N.C.) College.
