Lady Bulldogs post sweep against Covenant

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College posted another 3-0 home victory Saturday, this time it was against Covenant (Ga.) College.

Maddie Peterson (Soda Springs, Idaho) and Meg Donnelly (Middletown, Ohio) both led the squad with seven kills apiece.

Monica Moreland (Louisville, Ky.) contributed 24 assists with two aces. Amanda Silva (Londrina, Brazil) also served a pair of aces along with 17 digs.

The win sent Union's record to 14-3 overall. Covenant went to 6-10.

The set scores were 25-15, 25-21 and 25-16 for Union.
