WILMINGTON, Ohio - Union College's Eric Kinman ran to a personal best Friday at the Wilmington (Ohio) College Fall Classic.

Kinman, a sophomore from Erlanger, Ky., covered the 8,000-meter layout in 27 minutes and 34 seconds. His time was 21 seconds faster than his previous career best and also ranks eighth on Union's all-time list.

Colin McEachran (Blenheim, Canada) ran 30:49 while Markus Rice (Batesville, Miss.) finished at the 39:46 mark.

The Bulldogs will travel to the Southeast Classic in Louisville, Ky., next weekend. The Southeast Classic will be the final tune up before the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship on Nov. 7.
