BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - The Union College men's swimming program announced today the signing of Louisville, Ky. native, Kevin Morgan to its program for the 2010-11 season.

Morgan has been a member of the Ballard High School swimming program as well as the Lakeside Swim Club while in Louisville.

While swimming for Ballard high, Morgan earned the most improved swimmer award for his contributions in the 2008-09 camaign.

The Louisville native was also recognized in 2009-10 for his work in the pool for the Lakeside Swim Club when he received the SeaHawk award.

"I look to bring leadership and strength to the program and also help out with in the breaststroke events for the Bulldogs," commented Kevin after signing his letter of intent to come to Barbourville.

Head Coach Rafael Forti commented on Kevin's signing, "Kevin comes from a great traditional swim club in the state. I am confident he brings in a good foundation for us that will prove to be very resourceful for him at the collegiate level. He will add depth to our breaststroke crew and I know he will be a good asset for our program."
