BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Head coach Brad Piper recently announced the Second Annual Union College Bulldog Bowling Scholarship Tournament will be held Saturday, April 9, at Hillcrest Lanes in Harrogate, Tenn.

Over $70,000 in scholarships are to be awarded at the tournament.

Invitations are extended to 2010-11 high school students, grades 9-12, and to high school graduates from previous years who intend to enroll as full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) students at Union during the Fall 2011 term. The tournament entries will be limited to the first one hundred (100) paid entries, regardless of gender, received based on postmark date. Bowlers classified as either adult or youth bowlers by the USBC may participate. College students who bowled in a USBC intercollegiate program during 2010-11 are not eligible to participate.

The entry fee is $50 if paid prior to April 4, and is $75 after then.
