BARBOURVILLE, Ky. -- Union College softball coach Danny Fish has announced that Kayla Hall has signed a letter of intent to continue her career with the Lady Bulldogs.

Hall has prepped at East Jessamine High School in Nicholasville, Ky.

"Union is great because it has the one-to-one program, said Hall.  "The teachers are really nice, and it's a beautiful campus. The softball program is growing, and the coaches are great."

This past season, her last at East Jessamine,  Hall has been one of her team's best hitters, leading the squad in batting average hitting .509. She also has 31 RBI as the teams starting catcher and team captain.

Hall has also garnered several awards during her playing career,  having been named to the district all-tournament team the last three seasons. She was also recognized as one of the top 50 players in the state of Kentucky.
