EAST POINT, Ga. --
The Union College men's basketball team was dominant all night, as they posted a convincing 82-59 win at Point (Ga.) on Wednesday evening in Appalachian Athletic Conference action.
With the win, the Bulldogs improved to 8-21 on the year, 5-10 in the AAC. Point fell to 8-21 overall, 4-11 in the AAC with the defeat.
The victory marked the first time all year Union won away from Robsion Arena, (coming in they were 0-14 in true road contests, and 0-2 in away neutral site games). The win was also the second straight for the Bulldogs, (they defeated Milligan last week, 72-56), which marked the first time they've won back-to-back games since consecutive wins against Brescia and Berea back in November.
Union will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Bryan (Tenn.) for their 2011-12 regular season finale. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
