BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union enters the 2012 Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament as the No. 2 seed and will open play at home Wednesday against No. 7 seed Reinhardt (Ga.).

The Lady Bulldogs finished the regular season with a 22-7 overall record and 13-5 mark in conference play. Tennessee Wesleyan is the top-seeded team as it finished 22-7 overall and 15-3 in the AAC.

Here are the seeds for the tournament:

1. Tennessee Wesleyan (22-7 overall, 15-3 AAC)
2. Union (22-7 overall, 13-5 AAC)
3. Bluefield (19-9 overall, 13-5 AAC)
4. Virginia Intermont (19-11 overall, 12-6 AAC)
5. Montreat (20-9 overall, 11-7 AAC)
6. Milligan (17-13 overall, 9-9 AAC)
7. Reinhardt (13-17 overall, 8-10 AAC)
8. Bryan (14-15 overall, 5-13 AAC)
9. Columbia (7-22 overall, 3-15 AAC)

During the regular season, Union split with Reinhardt, losing at home 66-63 on Jan. 3 before winning in Waleska, Ga., 64-62 on Jan. 31.

All tournament games will played at the higher seed's home site and will tip off at 7 p.m. The opening-round game is set for today at 7 p.m. with the quarterfinal round slated for Wednesday. The semifinal round is Friday, and the title game will be Monday, Feb. 27.

First Round - Monday, February 20
Game 1 - No. 9 Columbia at No. 8 Bryan, 7 p.m.

Quarterfinal Round, Wednesday, February 22
Game 2 - Game 1 Winner at No. 1 Tennessee Wesleyan, 7 p.m.
Game 3 - No. 5 Montreat at No. 4 Virginia Intermont, 7 p.m.
Game 4 - No. 6 Milligan at No. 3 Bluefield, 7 p.m.
Game 5 - No. 7 Reinhardt at No. 2 Union, 7 p.m.

Semifinal Round, Friday, February 24*
Game 6 - Game 2 Winner vs. Game 3 Winner, 7 p.m.
Game 7 - Game 4 Winner vs. Game 5 Winner, 7 p.m.

Championship Game, Monday, February 27*
Game 8 - Game 6 Winner vs. Game 7 Winner, 7 p.m.
