BARBOURVILLE, Ky. -- Union College men's soccer coach Tyler Brock has announced that Adam Holman has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Bulldog program this fall.

Holman, a Middlesboro, Ky. native, will come to Union after prepping at Middlesboro High School. There, he scored 48 career goals, and recorded 37 assists throughout his career. He was also selected to All-District and All-Tournament teams during the 2010 season.

"Adam is currently recovering from a ACL knee surgery and should be getting cleared to train full contact around July," said Brock. "We hope with serious rehab he is able to come back into the form he was playing at prior to his injury.

"We are excited to have Adam join our program and university, and are looking forward to working with him and he grows and matures over the years here at Union"

The Bulldogs are members of the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC), and went 10-7-2 a season ago.
