For the men, Bradley Fieldhouse finished eighth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a mark of 11:27.12, while Andrew Johnston notched the highest finish of the weekend for the Bulldogs, placing sixth in the pole vault with a clearance of 12 feet, 5.50 inches. Meanwhile, William White finished 15th in the shot put with a throw of 40 feet, 8.25 inches.

On the women's side, Kelsey Gregory had the highest finish in an event, placing ninth in the discus with a throw of 97 feet, two inches. Teammate Abby Tigue finished right behind Gregory in the event, finishing 10th with a throw of 96 feet, one inch. Also, Helen Weber placed 10th in the high jump with a final mark of 4 feet, 7.75 inches.

Union returns to the track on Saturday when they take part in the 2012 University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) Invitational.
