BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union head bowling coach Brad Piper has announced that Laurel Everett has signed a letter of intent to join the program.

Everett, native of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., has prepped at Wilson Central High School. She has been bowling for the past 10 years, with a high game of 278, high series of 744, and high average of 195, all attained within the past year.

While with Wilson Central, Everett participated in the state tournaments all four years of her high school career, winning the 2009 Girls' Team Runner-Up Title and the 2010 Girls' Team Championship, as well as placing fourth in the 2012 Individual portion of the tournament with a pinfall of 2,604.

Everett, daughter of Troy and Sondra Everett, will be a Psychology major at Union.
