SOMERS, Wisc. - The Union College men's swimming team has been voted number one in this week's Endless Pools / CollegeSwimming.com NAIA Poll. The poll is administered by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.

The ranking marked the first time in program history that the Bulldogs are ranked first in the coaches poll. In the first NAIA Ranking of the year released Tuesday, the Bulldogs came in fifth overall.

The Union men's team has gotten off to a fast start on the 2012-13 season. This past weekend at the UC Winter Invitational, the Bulldogs went into the Holiday break strong, winning the invite as a team. Overall, the team hit several National Qualifying Cuts, and broke five school records.
