BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College and five Lady Bulldogs continue to be ranked among the best in National Association Intercollegiate of Athletics (NAIA) Division II and Appalachian Athletics Conference women's basketball, according the NAIA-DakStats website.
As of Thursday (Jan. 31), Union ranks in the Top-10 in five categories nationally. Meanwhile, three players rank in the Top-25 in seven different categories.
Here is where the Lady Bulldogs stand in the NAIA:

No. 2 in Field-Goal Percentage (.483);

No. 5 in Scoring Offense Per Game (84.682) and 3-Point Field-Goal Percentage (.390);

No. 7 in Assists Per Game (18.409);

No. 8 in 3-Point Field Goals Made Per Game (8.500);

No. 24 in 3-Point Field-Goal Percentage Defense (.287).

Brooke Smith (Pineville, Ky.) is No. 2 in Points Per Game (24.955), No. 6 in Field-Goal Percentage (.576) and No. 21 in Blocks Per Game (1.864);

Allison Fowler (Morganfield, Ky.) is No. 16 in Free-Throw Percentage (.844), No. 18 in Steals Per Game (3.000) and No. 20 in 3-Point Field-Goal Percentage (.440).
