WALESKA, Ga. - The Union tennis teams suffered a pair of Appalachian Athletic Conference losses to host Reinhardt (Ga.) on Saturday with both squads falling 8-1.

With the loss, the men's team is 0-10 overall and 0-4 in league play. The women are now 1-7 overall and 0-5 in the AAC.

Men's Match - Reinhardt 8, Union 1

The Eagles scored the first three points of the day by sweeping the doubles matches. Reinhardt won the first two 8-3 and 8-0 while claiming the third by default.

Union's lone point came in No. 1 singles as Louis Molina (FR/Las Palmas of Canarias, Spain) defeated Leonardo Luna 6-1, 6-0. 

Reinhardt is 8-2 overall and 3-1 in the AAC.

Women's Match - Reinhardt 8, Union 1

Like the men's match, Reinhardt scored all three doubles points, winning 8-1, 8-2 and by default.

Karina Ramos notched Union's only point in No. 5 singles, defeating Lauren Hopper 8-0.

The Lady Eagles are 11-0 overall and 6-0 in conference action.
