BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released its 32-team bracket for the 17th Annual NAIA Division II Women's Basketball National Championship, and Union College will open up against Concordia (Neb.) University Wednesday, March 12, at 12 p.m. Central.

Union recevied a No. 6 seed, while Concordia is a No.3 seed.

Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena in Sioux City, Iowa will host the 32-team event on March 12-18, 2008.

The tournament will start with the first round games on Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, March 13 and will end with the championship game on Tuesday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m.

Union (25-8 overall) ended the regular-season ranked 25th in NAIA Division II, while Concordia (24-6 overall) was ranked 10th.

Union advanced to the national tournament by virtue of winning the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament. Meanwhile, Concordia received an At-Large berth.

The four No. 1 seeds are College of the Ozarks (Mo.) (31-1 overall), Bethel (Ind.) College (29-3 overall), Morningside (Iowa) College (30-3 overall) and Northwestern (Iowa) College (30-2 overall).
