MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - No. 19 Union College dropped a 5-0 match to No. 7 Berry (Ga.) College Saturday morning.

Union has an 8-3 record after the match while Berry goes to 11-2. The two met as a part of the Blast-Off Classic hosted by Shorter (Ga.) College, but the match was played at Berry's Richards Tennis Complex.

Camila Cunha (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Ximena Aguilar (Morelia, Mexico) lost a nail bitter at No. 2 doubles. Yeris Vargas (Merida, Venezuala) was close, but still dropped the No. 3 singles' match 6-4 and 6-4.

Union will host a NCAA Division II team, Carson-Newman (Tenn.) College, Monday for a 2 p.m. match.
