BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The Union College men's tennis team held on to the No. 14 spot in the fourth edition of the NAIA Men's Tennis Top-25 Coaches' poll, the organization announced Wednesday.

The Bulldogs suffered their first two losses of the year this past weekend, both to Top-15 teams, to move to 8-2 on the season. With a perfect 5-0 record in Appalachian Athletic Conference play, Union has already clinched the regular-season championship.

This marks the third straight poll Union has held the No. 14 spot. The Bulldogs received 155 points, and stand five behind No. 13 Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) University.

There were no changes in the Top-6, with Auburn (Ala.) University Montgomery atop the poll. Azusa Pacific (Calif.) University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical (Fla.) University, Fresno Pacific (Calif.) University, Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.) and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) College are second through sixth, respectively.

Lee (Tenn.) University improved a spot up to seventh while Concordia (Calif.) University made the jump from No. 17 to No. 8. Bethel (Tenn.) College held on to ninth while California Baptist University rounds out the Top-10 after the squad was 20th two weeks ago.

The Bulldogs are the only team from the AAC and Region XII in the Top-25.

Union is at Lindsey Wilson for a 3 p.m. match today.

The next poll will be released on April 16.
