BEREA, Ky. – Sara Seitz (Lexington, Ky.) set the Union College record with 2,543 points in the heptathlon at Berea (Ky.) College. She also broke two event records as well during the two-day event.
The high jump and 800 meter records were lowered by Seitz. She cleared the bar at 4 feet and 3.25 inches. Her 800 time was two minutes and 4.24 seconds.
Berea's Annie Dillon won the event with 3,076 points. Union's Brittany Puryear (Somerset, Ky.) also competed in the first day.
