BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The 2008 NAIA Region XII Men's Tennis Tournament bracket has been announced and No. 10 Union College will play Appalachian Athletic Conference foe King (Tenn.) College in a semifinal contest 9 a.m. Friday at Milligan College, Tenn.

Union, the top seed in the tournament, owns a 13-2 record which includes a five-match winning streak. The Bulldogs have not lost to an AAC foe all season. Union looks to repeat as NAIA Region XII Champions.

King finished the AAC season in second with a 4-1 conference mark and the Tornado enters Friday's play at 7-6.

The two have met this season, with Union winning all the points on March 1.

Tennessee Wesleyan College, from the AAC, will play Indiana University Southeast in the other semifinal contest. Indiana University Southeast swept the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season and tournament rowns this season. Indiana Southeast is the lone representative from the conference. Tennessee Wesleyan finished third in the AAC regular season and beat King in a consolation match at the AAC Tournament.

The semifinal winners advance to Saturday's 9 a.m. championship match. The NAIA Region XII Champion receives an automatic bid to the NAIA Men's Tennis National Championship in Mobile, Ala.
