Head Coach- 2nd Season
Jamaine Gordon, now entering his second year at the helm of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field programs, isleading the Bulldogs to new heights in all of the programs.
 
While under Gordon's guidence, the men's indoor track and field team claimed a national title (60 dash)in 2008, while the men's outdoor track and field team claimed two national titles (110 hurdles, 4x100 relay) in 2010 at the NAIA National meet at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind.

Prior to being named head coach,Gordon spent the two previous seasons as an assistant coach at Union withduties of overseeing the sprint and jumping events during the track and field seasons.

A 2007 graduate of Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) College, Gordon received his bachelor's degree in Communications. A four-year member of the Blue Raider track & field team, he qualified for the NAIA National Championship meets every year. Gordon is a four-time Indoor Track & Field All-American as well as a four-time Outdoor Track & Field All-American. In 2005, Gordon won the NAIA Individual National Championship in the triple jump.

Gordon has also recently received his USATF Level-1 certification.
 
The Fort Campbell, Ky. native named All-Mid-South Conference in the long jump once and in the triple jump twice.

Gordon is single and resides in Barbourville.

Assistant Coach- 2nd Season

Ricardo Page begins his second year as the assistant coach for Track and Field at Union College.

A native of St. Catherine, Jamaica, Page graduated in 2008 from The University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in Coaching Education

While at Southern Mississippi, Page was a standout on the Track and Field team, as he broke the men's discus record and currently holds the second best throw in the shot-put in the program's history. Page also earned a bronze medal in the discus at the 2008 Conference USA finals.

After graduating from Southern Mississippi, Page served as a volunteer assistant throws coach at his alma mater for the 2008-09 season, where he assisted in coaching the Conference USA 2009 indoor weight female champion and 2009 outdoor male shot put champion.

Prior to his collegiate career at Southern Mississippi, Page coached Raymond Brown, the Jamaican national junior shot put record holder and Camoi Hood, the 2005 CARIFTA champion and PANAM junior representative, while also spending three years at G.C Foster College in Jamaica, graduating with a teaching diploma in Physical Education and sports.

Page is also a two-time Jamaican representative at the junior level, wining bronze and silver at the CAC (Central American Caribbean) games.

Page is single and resides in Barbourville, Ky.

Assistant Coach- 1st Season

Petrana Petkova enters her first year as an assistant coach at Union College. This will be her first overseeing the men's and women's cross country/track and field programs.

Petrana graduate from Goshen College in 2007 with bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports management. Petkova also worked at Lafayette Sports Centre in Lafayette, Indiana as a Sports Performance Trainer. During that year Petkova was working individual with high profile athletes in different sports conducting their weightlifting programs.

During her running career at Goshen College, Petkova earned two individual NAIA national titles and 14 NAIA All-American honors, the most in school history. She won back-to-back titles in the indoor 5000 and outdoor 10000 meters in 2007. In cross country, Petkova was a four year All-American at the NAIA national meet.

Petkova sits atop the Goshen College cross country chart with the fastest 5K time in school history. She also holds records in the 1500, the mile, 3000 and 5000 indoors, as well as the 3000, 5000 and 10000 outdoors.

A native of Razlog, Bulgaria, Petkova represented her country in the Balkan Games, European Cup and Mountain run European Cup. From 1995-2003 Petkova was the member of Bulgarian Cross Country National Team. She twice won the National Cross-Country title and was a three-time runner-up. Petkova is national 5000m indoor record holder. She also won two National triathlon championships and represented the country in the European triathlon cup in 1997.

Petkova and her daughter Kristina live in Bourbonville, Ky. Petrana's husband works as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Premier Soccer league in Russia. In her free time, Petkova enjoys running, reading and spending time with her daughter.
