Union College was a member of the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference since the program's birth in the late-1970s until the 1995-96 season when it joined the Mid-South Conference. The Lady Bulldogs were member of the MSC from 1996-2002. Since the 2002-03 season, Union has been a member of the Appalachian Athletic Conference.
