Union College boasts of having a state-of-the-art weight room that helps insure all of the school's student-athletes remain on top of their game in season and out of season.

Located in its own building beside Robsion Arena, the weight room facility has been totally remodeled during the summer of 2003, and new equipment was purchased. The entire interior was repainted, new floor mats were installed and the office area was renovated.

The equipment housed here includes: seven half-rack multi-purpose stations, three lat pull-down machines, two leg curl/extension machines, a preacher curl station, a glute-hamstring machine, an exercise bicycle and a stairmaster cardiovascular machine. Also, the facility is fully equipped with dumbbells ranging from five pounds to 100 pounds.

The facility has two offices, which are used by the football staff.
