Union Field, home to the Lady Bulldog softball team, is nestled on the north edge of the Union College campus. With the Appalachian Mountains positioned as the backdrop behind the outfield wall, Union Field has been the home site for the Lady Bulldogs since it first opened prior to the 1999 season.

Since its opening, the Lady Bulldogs have a 46-105 record at Union Field and 55.4 percent (46 of 83) of Union's victories have come at home during that time (1999-2006).

The outfield fence measures 210 feet away from home plate all away around and is eight feet tall. The infield is clay and a mule mix, while the outfield is covered by Bermuda grass.

A scoreboard, bleachers to seat 250 persons and dugouts round out the facility.
