Tyler Brock
Tyler Brock - Head Coach - 7th Season

Tyler Brock is entering his seventh season at the helm of the Bulldog soccer program. Named to the post in March of 2003, he is the third head coach in the history of the Union College men's soccer program.

The Burlington, Ky. native first came to Union in 1996 as a student-athlete. A goalkeeper for the Bulldogs, Brock set a program record for best goals-against average in 1997 with a 0.7 mark. In addition, he was named an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention that season.

During his first six seasons, Brock has guided the Bulldogs to a 36-64-8 overall record. In addition, he has coached 14 All-Conference players and has had four others to be named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. He added the 2008 AAC Coach of the Year award.

Before he took over the men's program, Brock served as the head coach of the Lady Bulldogs in 2003 and he was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Coach of the Year as he guided the Lady Bulldogs to a 14-6-2 overall record and the AAC regular-season championship. Brock also directed the squad to the 2003 NAIA Women's Soccer National Tournament. As a collegiate head coach, Brock owns a record of 50-70-10 and all at Union. He was also an assistant coach for the men's program for three seasons.

While also serving at the helm of the Bulldogs, Brock has coached on the Olympic Development Program State Staff for Kentucky the past four years. Brock is the goalkeeper coach for the Baton Rouge Captials, a member of the Premier Development League. He also has been the Kentucky Youth Soccer Assocation camp director for three years. In addition Brock coaches the U-17 Kentucky Rush boy's team that reached the 2009 Kentucky Final Four. He also is the director of coaching for the Kentucky Rush Soccer Club.

Brock was the goalkeeper coach for the Northern Kentucky TC Stars, a women's semi-pro team in the W-League in 2002. Brock also has served as the Director of Goalkeepers at the Coast to Coast Soccer Academy and Illand Vision Soccer Academy. 

He has many soccer coaching liceneses such as a USSF "C", NSCAA Level 2 Goalkeeper, USSF National "Y" and numerous English FA diplomas.

Brock earned his bachelor's degree from Union in 2001 and later received his master's from Union in 2003.

In 2005, Brock married the former Liannie Parahoo, and the couple resides in Barbourville.
