Jamaine Gordon enters his first season as the head coach for the Union College cross country and track & field programs. He spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Union.
A 2007 graduate of Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) College, Gordon received his bachelor's degree in Communications. A four-year member of the Blue Raider track & field team, he qualified for the NAIA National Championship meets every year. Gordon is a four-time Indoor Track & Field All-American as well as a four-time Outdoor Track & Field All-American. In 2005, Gordon won the NAIA Individual National Championship in the triple jump.
The Fort Campbell, Ky. native named All-Mid-South Conference in the long jump once and in the triple jump twice.
Gordon is single and resides in Barbourville.
