KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has elevated the sport of bowling to emerging sport status. The move by one of the nation's governing bodies for collegiate sports and leader in small college athletics puts bowling on the path to becoming a championship sport for dozens of colleges and universities.
MONROE, Mich. - Sophomores Chad Ferguson and Kayleen Hiatt posted top-five finishes at the American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference in Monroe, Mich., helping Union College to ninth-place showings in both the men's and women's team standings.

MARIETTA, Ga. - Union College recorded one of its best finishes in program history as it placed 21st at the Brunswick Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, Ga., over the weekend.
